CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) – Firefighters in Charleston responding to a structure fire on West Washington Street early Thursday morning.
Kanawha County 911 Dispatchers say the call came in around 12:30 a.m. It is unknown if the structure was occupied at the time of the fire.
