The Supreme Court of Nepal has ordered the release of Sobharaj, who has been in jail for 19 years. 78-year-old Sobharaj has been in jail since 2003. The court order says that the deportation should be done within 15 days. In 2003, Nepal Police arrested Sobharaj in the case of killing an American citizen. The murder was in 1975.
