Prosecutor Rocío García determined to file criminal charges for the crimes of lascivious acts, child abuse and aggravated escalation will be filed today against former boxer David J. Quijano García, 35, for events that occurred on July 29, in Caguas.
According to preliminary data provided by the Police Bureau Press Office, it is alleged that the former fighter entered through a window to commit sexual crimes against his 14-year-old stepdaughter.
Quijano García was summoned to appear this morning at the Caguas Judicial Center.
The investigation is led by Agent Linette Matos.
