The dog’s owners rushed her to a veterinarian, but her health was critical and she did not survive.
In that sense, a prosecutor from the Boyacá Section charged Díaz Montaña with the crimes of aggravated animal abuse and shooting a legally protected firearm without the need to defend one’s own or another’s right. The charges were not accepted by the defendant, who will remain linked to the investigation.
This result is part of the commitment made by the Attorney General of the Nation (e), Martha Janeth Mancera, to clarify the crimes that most affect security and daily life in cities.
