Charged director of Loyola School in Bolívar for the case of bullying

The director of the Loyola School in Bolívar, Sara de Freitas, was charged by the Public Ministry this Friday, according to the Attorney General Tarek William Saab.

De Freitas was summoned in Court for the case of bullying after a case of physical aggression between students in that institution was made visible, where a student was caught kicking another inside the school facilities.

He is accused of the crimes of “Omission foreseen and sanctioned in article 219 of the LOPNNA in accordance with article 413 of the Penal Code and with the aggravating circumstances of 217”, Saab highlighted on Twitter.
