From the G/J José de la Cruz Carillo Barracks, located in the Trujillo Municipality, the transfer of command of the Trujillo Comprehensive Defense Operational Zone (ZODI) was carried out.
The ceremony was presided over by the MG. José Gregorio Martínez Campos, Commander of the Los Andes Comprehensive Defense Strategic Region, who was accompanied by My. Gerardo Márquez, Bolivarian Governor of the State of Trujillo.
This event took place in an environment of perfect Popular-Military-Police fusion, in accordance with Ministerial Resolution 057366, which appoints the GD. Rafael Asdrúbal Zerpa Zambrano as new Commander of ZODI No. 23 Trujillo.
