Change in India-Sri Lanka cricket series schedule India vs Sri Lanka series no longer beginning with Tests, BCCI announces revised schedule

New Delhi: The schedule for the India-Sri Lanka cricket series has been changed. Earlier, it was reported that Sri Lanka would play three Twenty20 matches once morest India following two Tests. However, according to the new schedule, the first Twenty20 matches will be played. The test will follow.

The first Twenty20 match will be played in Lucknow. The next two matches will be played in Dharamshala on February 24. The first Twenty20 will be played on February 26 and 27. The first Test will be played on March 4 in Mohali.

The second match is a day-night Test. The match will also be played in Bangalore. The match will start on March 12.
