Chancellor met with representatives of the Worldwide Purple Cross and the UNDP

This Tuesday, International Minister Félix Plasencia met with the president of the Worldwide Committee of the Purple Cross in Venezuela, Peter Maurer, to evaluate the joint work agenda to strengthen mutual cooperation.

“We obtained the president of the Worldwide Committee of the Purple Cross, Peter Maurer, with whom we reviewed the work agenda that the Bolivarian Authorities maintains with this Committee,” Plasencia wrote on his Twitter account.

Subsequently, the Minister of International Affairs additionally held a gathering with the Undersecretary Common of the United Nations Growth Program (UNDP), Ushad Rao Monart, to strengthen ties of cooperation in favor of sustainable growth.

“We categorical our willingness to advance within the formulation of the cooperation program with the United Nations, for the good thing about our folks and for the success of the Sustainable Growth Objectives,” he indicated.

Plasencia reiterated the criticism by the Venezuelan government in opposition to the influence that the sanctions have had on the nation.
