CSMIA/ABIMAQ (Sectoral Chamber of Agricultural Machines and Implements of the Brazilian Association of Machinery and Equipment Industry) promotes, on October 6th (Friday), the 23rd edition of the Business Strategic Planning Seminar.
The 2023 edition will talk about the topic of Management and Governance, focusing on challenges and opportunities, thus favoring a more assertive understanding that will allow better strategic planning for companies for the coming years.
Held in a hybrid manner and open to the public, the event, which will feature the participation of renowned experts in the sector, has open registration that can be done via the website .
The day’s program will feature the following panels:
08:30 – Opening ceremony
09:00 – Lecture “Challenges to financing agricultural mechanization in Brazil”. With the participation of Wilson Vaz de Araújo – Deputy Secretary of Agricultural Policy at the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock – MAPA; Marcelo Porteiro Cardoso – Superintendent of the Operations and Digital Channels Area at the National Bank for Economic and Social Development – BNDES; Roberto França, Agribusiness Director at Bradesco.
10:20 am – Lecture “Maturity in Management and Governance in companies”. With the participation of Mauro Sérgio de Oliveira – Program Director and Coordinator of the Medium Business Intelligence Center at Fundação Dom Cabral – FDC and Rodrigo Rodrigues – Vice President for Agribusiness Solutions at Falconi.
11:40 am – Lecture “The Future of Agricultural Automation”. With the participation of Dr. Ricardo Yassushi Inamasu, Researcher at Embrapa Instrumentation and President of the Steering Committee of Embrapa’s Automation and Precision and Digital Agriculture Portfolio.
1:00 pm – Lunch
2:00 pm – Lecture “Macroeconomics and its effects on the Brazilian agricultural sector”. With the participation of Fernando Honorato, Chief Economist of the Department of Research and Economic Studies at Bradesco and Vice-President of the macroeconomics committee at Anbima
3:00 pm – Lecture “Agricultural scenarios in Brazil and the world”. With Carlos Cogo, Managing Partner of Cogo Intelligence in Agribusiness
4:20 pm – Closing.
