Challenge for canteen kitchens: reduce food waste

Calculating the quantities of food is a major challenge, especially in canteen kitchens. The catering company kulinario – it supplies the Ried hospital in the Innviertel and the Fill company in Gurten – is particularly committed to resource conservation and takes part in the Austria-wide Moneytor program, which aims to reduce food waste.
