Juhani Tyrväinen’s tackle on Matt Caito was replayed on the big screen in Luleå’s arena.
Now Challe Berglund is raging.
– It’s so fucking disrespectful, says Leksand’s coach Norrbottens-Kuriren.
There were hot feelings when Luleå turned around and won once morest Leksand on Thursday evening.
Linus Omark got into a fight with Marcus Karlberg and called him “filmer” followingwards, but it was another incident that made Leksand’s coach Challe Berglund see red.
Namely that the tackle where Matt Caito was shaken was replayed on the big screen.
– I think it is deplorable how people behave from Luleå’s video room. When you play an injured player once more and once more and once more and once more. I don’t understand that in such a professional organization as Luleå Hockey you can behave like that. It’s actually embarrassing. It’s so fucking disrespectful to an injured player. Then you can think that it is a nice tackle. You can do that. But you don’t do that, says Berglund at the press conference followingwards, according to Norrbottens-Kuriren.

“What if…”
It was Juhani Tyrväinen who tackled Matt Caito and the former was given five minutes following video review.
Challe Berglund doesn’t even think that Tyrväinen deserved to be sent off for the tackle. It’s the replays on the big screen inside the arena that he hates.
– I think it’s embarrassing. They don’t know what kind of damage it is. Now it wasn’t such a serious injury. But imagine if he had had a vertebral dislocation or something, says Berglund.
Luleå’s explanation is that they only used the TV images they received from TV4 Play’s broadcast.
Luleå won the match 4–3 following penalties.
