Anthony Richard is back with the Montreal Canadiens. The Quebec forward was recalled from the Laval Rocket on Thursday due to a lower-body injury suffered by Christian Dvorak, who will not be able to face the New York Rangers in the evening.
Recalled earlier this season, in December, Richard had collected two points, including a goal, in seven games during his first audition with the Habs.
Meanwhile, Canadiens defenseman Kaiden Guhle looks close to returning to action, having worn a regular jersey in morning practice.

However, the CH also announced that Jordan Harris suffered from a lower body injury and will not be able to face the Rangers. His condition will be assessed on a daily basis.
Justin Barron, another rookie defenseman, was in practice but was wearing a no-contact jersey. Veteran Chris Wideman, for his part, was conspicuous by his absence, but he will still be there once morest the Rangers.
