CGI recently celebrated, during a ceremony, the signing of permanent employment contracts for all the graduates of the first class of its U’DEV Developer School, thus formalizing the integration of the latter into its Fes site.
During the ceremony held on the site of the end-to-end IT consulting and services specialist in Fez, Abdelali El Ansari congratulated the winners for their success despite the difficulties linked to the health context. The Deputy General Manager of CGI in Morocco also praised the efforts of the partners for their involvement in this first promotion.
This was the case of the Euro-Mediterranean University of Fez which, faced with the challenges of distance learning, has shown great agility and responsiveness by providing students with all the solutions for their training: digital resources and audiovisual media, workshops supervised by the faculty, forums for discussion between peers and a digital platform have thus been deployed in record time in order to bring together the optimal conditions for success.

Need we remind you that U’DEV, which opened its doors on February 17, 2020, wants to be a real school of luck which is aimed at both students and job seekers with a Bac+2. The school allows young people in difficulty to find a job to benefit from a free and remunerated quality diploma course for two years, with a permanent contract at the CGI site in Fez.
With barely 8,000 profiles trained in digital professions each year in Morocco, for a need that is estimated at around 60,000 profiles, companies are faced with a real shortage of talent. With U’DEV, CGI provides a concrete and lasting solution that demonstrates the company’s commitment to job creation.
