The CGEM is organizing, in partnership with Al Akhawayn University, a meeting to discuss the aspirations of Generation Z and the needs of companies.
This event scheduled for Thursday, February 2 aims to discuss the evolving professional aspirations of this new generation with a resolutely disruptive vision of the job market and its conditions in the face of the skills needs of companies and the professional opportunities offered for their inclusion.
“In line with its mission and its values, Al Akhawayn University co-develops in partnership with its new generation of students and with its corporate partners, in particular the CGEM, an educational model addressing these challenges of the 21st century. The latter promotes close proximity to the business world in order, among other things, to carry out the reflections necessary for the continuous improvement of the integration of GenZ into the professional world while guaranteeing value for companies”, learns- we in this direction. The event will revolve around two round tables attended by Ghita Lahlou, vice-president of CGEM, Deborah Bartlett, director of the employability and entrepreneurship department at Al Akhawayn University, Youssef Chraibi, CEO of Outsourcia, Karim Cheikh, president of Gimas and vice-president of the human capital commission of the CGEM.
