The Federal Electricity Commission suspended the electricity supply to various services of the Drinking Water and Sewerage System of the Municipality of Lerdo (Sapal), the municipal presidency of Lerdo, the DIF offices in Lerdo, among other City Hall services.
Such a situation, due to the fact that these public bodies, as a whole, present an accumulated historical debt of 193 million 541 thousand 267 pesoswhich dates from 2019.
The suspension of electric power services was carried out this Wednesday morningfollowing the CFE notified on April 11 and 14 of this year, both the City Council and Sapal regarding the debts that they have with this agency, without achieving, to date, the liquidation or reduction of the debt .
