Ambassadors Manuel Rodríguez Cuadros and suspended their resignations following the return of to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, according to the chancellor himself.

At a press conference, he explained that both presented their resignations as permanent representatives of Peru before the United Nations and the Organization of American States (OAS), respectively, before the president peter castle.

Rodríguez Cuadros coordinated the delegation of Castillo Terrones that attended the General Assembly of the United Nations, while Harold Forsyth is in charge of the session of the Organization of American States (OAS) in Lima, from October 5 to 7 .

“In effect, they presented their resignation to the President of the Republic, who, according to the Constitution, directs foreign policy and international relations, but they also suspended it when he returned to office, so that they will continue to work very actively for the presence of the president and the delegation that attended the United Nations Assembly -in the case of Rodríguez Cuadros-, as for next week, which is the General Assembly of the Organization of American States, Ambassador Forsyth continues with his work”he expressed.

As recalled, César Landa returned to the Ministerial Cabinet on September 13, 39 days following being replaced by Miguel Ángel Rodríguez Mackay. He had taken office last February.
