The “Conect’ee” brings together two training companies Elan By Conect and PES by Conect. They are the first two training companies in Tunisia, created by the Confederation of Citizen Enterprises of Tunisia in March 2014, within the framework of the “Professional Training and Integration Program” in Tunisia, financed by the Swiss Cooperation and implemented by the “Swisscontact” foundation.
The certificate award ceremony for young graduates of the “Conect’ee” class of 2022 took place recently, at the Conect headquarters in the presence of Joseph Renggli, Ambassador of the Swiss Confederation in Tunisia, and Hamda Zeramdini, Director of Swisscontact.
During this ceremony, 21 certificates were awarded to participants who have brilliantly succeeded in their journey within the Conect’ee. These certificates symbolize an official and written recognition by the Network of Training Companies of Tunisia “ReeT”, of a satisfactory mastery of technical and socio-professional skills, materialized by a certificate of professional development in “ee”.
This certification makes it possible to strengthen or promote professional integration and/or job retention.

They are members of the Network of Practice Firms of Tunisia “ReeT”, approved by the Swiss Center of Business Practices Firms “Helvartis” and part of an international network of more than 7,000 “ee” distributed in 46 countries in the world.
Strengthen technical skills
They offer young graduates of higher education or vocational training, job seekers, free and certifying training through practice with quality supervision and support in a setting that reproduces all the activities of a real company to strengthen both their technical and socio-professional skills (soft skills) with the sole aim of facilitating their integration into the labor market and getting their first job.
The “Conect’ee” constitutes a very efficient device for in-company training, providing them with the transition between the student environment, mostly theoretical, and the professional world with its real and concrete requirements.
Elan by Conect was ranked 4e in the top 100 practice companies in the world for the past 12 months. This classification is defined according to the commercial transactions carried out within the framework of the “Pen Worldwide” network.
The “Conect’ee” has contributed to improving employability. It has trained 918 young people since 2014, 60% of whom are women and 40% men, with an average hiring rate of 84%. Note that the average hiring rate for the current year, as of June 30, 2023, is 97%.
