Cercle Bruges will be deprived of Kevin Denkeyone of its centerpieces, for its trip to Anderlecht on Wednesday (8:45 p.m.) as part of the 20th day of the Pro League, the Belgian football championship.

Kévin Denkey has indeed learned of the death of his mother and is on his way to Togo on Monday, the Bruges club communicated. The 23-year-old Togolese international striker has already scored 15 goals in 19 games for Cercle this season in the league.

Cercle Bruges, sixth with 31 points, travels to Anderlecht, second with 39 points, for an important meeting with a view to the Play-offs.
