In a press release made public this Friday, the CENI announced the postponement of the elections of governors, vice-governors and senators in certain electoral constituencies. These are Yokolama, in the South Ubangi province and Masimanimba in the Kwilu province.

According to the Electoral Center, the non-holding of national and provincial legislative elections in these electoral districts is indeed the basis of this postponement.
