Our store basically sells used items that we have purchased from customers, unless otherwise specified in the product description.
When purchasing, specialized staff with long experience in the industry will purchase items in accordance with our store guidelines, appraise each item, and only sell items that pass our set standards.
We try to provide as much detail as possible about the condition of the item in the product description, but due to the nature of used items, there is also some subjectivity. Even if there is no mention in the product comments or images, there may be some damage such as odor, small holes, dirt or stains, frayed threads, etc. Also, there may be errors (about 2-3 cm) due to individual differences in size measurements, and oversights of product details that should be mentioned, so we cannot mention everything, so please refrain from purchasing if you do not understand used products or are nervous about perfection.
