Kebab Day – when is it?

July 12 is Kebab Day, so in the followingnoon broadcast of Czwórka everything revolved around this topic. It’s no wonder, because it’s tasty and healthy – laughs Ali baba, the king of kebabs. – I’ve been eating it every day for almost 10 years and I haven’t gotten bored yet, because when something is good and tasty, you don’t get bored.

Kebab has many names

You can find booths selling meat buns in every Polish city. This time we are not talking to fans of lamb on thin dough, but to those who prepare it with the sweat of their brow.

Ali Baba, the kebab king, sells his kebabs in Radzymin. Thanks to his huge online activity, he and his restaurant have become incredibly popular. – We make different types of kebabs there. You can find a lot of interesting things on our menu. They are unique and you can’t find them anywhere else – praises the guest of Czwórka. – We have implemented many ideas, such as a kebab cocktail and a kebab bouquet, which has become popular for Valentine’s Day and for a date. We also made a kebab stuffed with carp for Christmas Eve. We can do anything.

They decided to share their unusual and crazy ideas online. So for a few years now, they have been making videos that they publish on their social media. They instantly become internet hits. – We started in 2014 and published various funny videos on YouTube and Facebook – say the guests of Czwórka. – We also do various unusual challenges. People really like it because it is something interesting for them. We get comments that our humor is funny, which makes us happy. We always try to do something new so as not to bore our fans.

Ali Baba the kebab king and the fight for the record

Ali Baba the kebab king and his team are not afraid of any challenge. They have a share in breaking the record for the longest kebab in the world. – It was 150 meters long, weighed 500 kilograms and was eaten by a thousand people, some was still left for us – laugh the guests of Czwórka. – It might not be made in one piece, it was combined. We made it with 10 people for 27 hours without sleep, because it is a record following all.

Kebab and rap – how to combine these passions?

Ali Baba combines his passion for creating delicious kebabs with his love for rap. He composes funny, light tracks on culinary topics, which he successfully publishes on YouTube. However, his portfolio also includes a song with a special, personal meaning.

– They liked my songs a lot, which encouraged me to do more. However, one of them is extremely important to me. It’s a song I wrote for Poland’s Independence Day. It came out really well and people thanked me for it – he says. – We showed in it how much we love Poland and that we respect this country, because it’s thanks to Poland that we are where we are. Honestly, when we came to Poland, it wasn’t easy. We worked hard for years to have what we have now. It’s thanks to Poland and the Poles who helped us a lot.

As in every country, there are good and bad people. I can tell you that if you are good to people, then people are good to you.
