Volkswagen has launched a special 20 Years model of its iconic Golf R, to celebrate its twentieth birthday.
The German company explained that inside the new car, a four-cylinder engine with a power of 333 hp is roaring, which is combined with a DSG dual-clutch automatic transmission.
On the outside, the car is distinguished from the standard model by the black-painted radiator grille, roof edge spoiler, blue-painted mirror caps, the “R 20” badge, which appears on the road floor as soon as the car door is opened, and the R badge on many of the exterior body components. These features are crowned with large wheels measuring 19 inches.
The Golf R 20 Years is the first VW standard production car to have real carbon trim and trim on the dashboard and interior door panels. The sporty front seats are upholstered in premium nappa leather.
