CDG Développement and UM6SS seal a strategic partnership in the field of health

UA strategic partnership agreement was signed between CDG Développement and the Mohammed VI University of Health Sciences (UM6SS) and its ecosystem, relating to the implementation of various projects in the health sector.

The said agreement was signed on April 20 by Omar Elyazghi, Managing Director of CDG Développement, a CDG Group subsidiary involved in sustainable territorial development, and Chakib Nejjari, President of the Mohammed VI University of Health Sciences.

Under this strategic partnership, CDG Développement and the Mohammed VI University of Health Sciences have agreed to study development opportunities, across the Kingdom, for projects in the field of health, care, education, innovation and research.

For Omar Elyazghi, CEO of CDG Développement, “this structuring partnership between our two institutions, which share the same values of excellence and social responsibility, fits perfectly into the framework of CDG Développement’s intervention strategy. It will allow the emergence of a benchmark operator in the health sector, with a national medical brand that meets the highest quality standards in terms of medical care”.

The latter considers that this cooperation between a professional in the health sector and a major player in the structuring and development of territorial projects “will make it possible to provide different cities in the Kingdom with an integrated offer and, therefore, will contribute to strengthening equity territory,” he said.

For his part, Chakib Nejjari, President of the Mohammed VI University of Health Sciences, “the Mohammed VI University of Health Sciences, which was inaugurated by His Majesty the King, may God assist him in 2016, nurtures great ambitions in terms of health development, which is a strategic sector for Morocco and which has significant growth potential”.
