[New Tang Dynasty News, Beijing time, February 13, 2024]At the CCP group visit on Chinese New Year’s Eve, a bodyguard was placed at each table behind Xi Jinping to monitor the guests, which was accused of exposing the CCP’s doomsday fear.

On February 8, the Chinese Communist Party’s CCTV broadcast footage of the New Year’s group visit at the Beijing General Assembly Hall that day. One of the “special arrangements” that is different from previous years has attracted attention from the outside world.

CCTV footage showed that there were nine large tables lined up in front of the rostrum, followed by more than a hundred small tables neatly arranged. The nine large tables in the front row should be the seats for senior officials of the Chinese Communist Party. Sitting at the big table in the middle are the current seven members of the Politburo Standing Committee. Xi Jinping sits in the middle, facing the rostrum, with neatly arranged small tables behind him.

The outside world discovered that not only were these small tables spaced apart from the nine large tables, but also that a suspected Zhongnanhai bodyguard was placed on each of the dozens of small tables in the first row adjacent to the nine large tables.

These people are all young men, wearing black suits, with crew cuts and work badges on their chests. Most of them have expressionless faces and sit upright, looking out of place with other guests. And when other guests face the camera, they often look in other directions, and some even turn their backs to the camera, with the obvious intention of monitoring the guests.

Wang Dan, leader of the 1989 Democracy Movement, believes that the appearance of these security guards is undoubtedly to ensure the safety of senior CCP officials such as Xi Jinping. However, the attendees were all core members of the CCP’s interest groups. They had been inspected at all levels and were generally older. There was no need to arrange bodyguards. They might only reflect the instability of the CCP regime and Xi Jinping’s inner fear and suspicion.

Zhang Tianliang, anchor of the self-media channel “Dawn Hour”, believes that attendees will be subject to security checks before entering the venue. Therefore, the main task of these security guards may be to monitor and prevent these officials from taking the opportunity to collude to conspire.

Another self-media person, Li Dayu, posted on social media that this arrangement shows the world that the CCP regime is not stable.

The Epoch Times previously learned from reliable sources that Xi Jinping believed in the predictions regarding the assassination of the last leader of the Communist Party of China. He was also guided by experts around him. He was particularly afraid and took many precautions, regardless of what the international community thought of him.
