During the process, Laura Vera showed that the university “offered, promoted, advertised that said career would be a branch of Medical Technology, despite knowing that it might not be registered in the respective Professional College.”
According to the fourth consideration of the Court, the Cayetano Heredia University He stated that he offered the Emergencies and Disasters Technology course as autonomous from the Medical Technology Course, but said statement has no supporting evidence.
