For the damage to the mainland-registered cargo ship, Zhonghua Electronics has reported the case to the Coast Guard.

As for the Taiwan-Malaysia No. 3 submarine cable, according to the automatic identification system, Chunghwa Electronics recorded the Maritime Mobile Service Identification Number (MMSI) and judged that it was suspected to be damaged by the MMSI on February 8 as a cargo ship registered in mainland China, but the information is still sought by the Coast Guard. CLP has also reported the case to the Coast Guard.
Senior telecom executives who are familiar with the submarine cable business explained that two submarine cables were disconnected at the same time last year. This is the second time that 10 ships have been contacted in succession. Among the international submarine cable ships that can arrive in Taiwan for emergency repairs, the fastest is expected. CLP reported that the follow-up microwave backup capacity was expanded to 3.8Gbps in mid-March, 4.382Gbps at the end of June, and 8.148Gbps by the end of this year, which is the end of the year.
