Heart disease is one of the most common diseases that many people suffer from, and we all know that the dishes and foods on the Iftar meal vary in the month of Ramadan, so some forget themselves and eat what is harmful to their health.

There are some foods that are not preferred to be eaten during the holy month, because they cause heart disease, according to what was stated on the website “webmd”.

Sugar, salt, fat:

Over time, high amounts of salt, sugar, saturated fat and refined carbohydrates increase the risk of heart attacks or stroke.

– Red meat:

Eating a lot of red meat increases the risk of heart disease, because it is high in saturated fat.

– Bakery:

They are loaded with added sugar, which leads to weight gain, and have been linked to higher levels of triglycerides, which contribute to heart disease.

Processed meat:

Hot dogs, sausages, and salami are the worst types of meat for heart health, because they are high in salt and saturated fat.

– the pizza:

Pizza can be healthy if you prepare it the right way, but most pizzas eaten out are high in sodium, fat and calories, all of which increase the risk of a heart attack.

– fried potato:

French fries from restaurants and fast food places contain a lot of fat and salt, which is better for fasting.. Do not eat these foods for breakfast in Ramadan, they cause heart diseases
