After the divorce from Mats Hummels (34) following seven years of marriage, Cathy Hummels revealed that the separation was not easy for her. “First I had to find out for myself what it all means and process it,” the presenter said to 20 minutes at the beginning of the year. The 35-year-old is now doing well, she is optimistic regarding the future and now even opens a new (living) chapter.

Because Cathy has cleverly invested the severance payment she received from the divorce in December 2022 and has now bought a new property. To be more precise, a three-family house with 485 square meters in Munich. Cost according to the “image”: the equivalent of around 14.5 million francs.

Cathy currently lives with her child Ludwig (5) in the large family villa in Munich’s Herzogpark, where she was once happy with her ex-husband. But the property in Munich is just too big for the mother-son team, it’s already for sale. According to “Bild”, the move to the new home should be documented in a multi-part TV program with a major broadcaster.
