The Cathay Pacific flight attendant union met with the management to discuss issues such as staffing confusion and remuneration. After the meeting, the union stated that the company verbally promised that the watch will be improved next month, but did not explain the situation in detail. The meeting did not reach a consensus. If they are not satisfied with the negotiation results, they will continue to communicate with the company.
The union stated that it will pay close attention to the January update announced next Monday and collect members’ opinions. If there is no significant improvement in the update or continues to affect the lives of employees, it will discuss countermeasures and consider various further actions, including strikes.
