A new salvation challenge took place on Gran Hermano Chile during the night on Thursday, with Iván Cabrera emerging as the winner after a seven-minute competition against Carlyn Romero.

This is precisely what Carlyn did, inciting public outrage. Just seconds into the competition, the participant grabbed the rope to prevent herself from falling, which brought her close to winning the salvation.
Did she cheat?
At the end of the challenge, which Iván won, they returned to the studio, and Diana Bolocco clarified what had happened with Carlyn, confirming that her actions were deemed as cheating.
“We were already reviewing the footage because Carlyn did indeed hold onto the rope at one point (…) it was after the false start, so Iván would have won regardless,” she stated.
In other words, if she had won, the result would have been nullified.
