Catdoors announced on the 18th that it released ‘Black Academy’ on Steam Early Access (Early Access).
This work is a game that combines side-scrolling shooting and roguelite elements. The story of transforming into a magical girl to defeat the demons who teach overtime and create black companies unfolds.
The fun of exploring and growing is added to the shooting pleasure of avoiding and attacking. Through the spells and items found by exploring the map, you can change the magical girl’s projectile and grow it in various ways. Various charming demons appearing as bosses stimulate anticipation for the next stage.
The company released Stove Indie Early Access in July of last year and has been adding perfection. In addition to the regular version, the Secret Plus version, which includes content and CG for adult users, was also introduced.
The company has previously participated in events such as Play Expo, Busan Indie Connect Festival (BIC), Steam Nextfest, and Burning Beaver, reflecting feedback through communication.
This Steam Early Access version provides stories and content up to stage 3. You can experience 33 Magical Spells by replacing 2 Magical Girls. The company offers the benefit of purchasing at a 15% discount until the 25th.
