On the occasion of the Easter holidays, the “Mille Etoiles pour l’Enfance” association invites you to an exhibition of decorated eggs at the Carla church every day from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. from April 8 to 16 inclusive (entry free). On display at this fifth “Egg Story” exhibition for the benefit of sick children: Vincent Barthélemy (wooden eggs), Didier Saba (glass eggs), The magic of the fairies (real stone eggs), Marie France Guilhempey (ceramic eggs), Casimir Ferrer (painted and sculpted eggs) and Isabelle Ladame (pysanka eggs). A practice dating back almost 8,000 years, the Pyssanka egg, decorated according to Ukrainian tradition, is said to bring happiness, health and protection to its owner.
