Case reveals Galaxy Z Fold 4’s larger external display

A leak of a Galaxy Z Fold 4 case shows that Samsung should solve the problem of the external screen, its narrow format, in the next generation. In practice, this screen is so tight that many end up getting used to opening the screen when they need to use the device.

The pictures were job by Ice Universe on its Twitter profile, and compare the Z Fold 4 cases with the Z Fold 3 cases. The case also shows that the camera will have the same form factor as the Z Fold 3, but it is expected to have new specs. According to the information, the folding cameras will finally be updated, which was really missing from the range.

One of the only issues I encountered with the Galaxy Z Fold 3 when testing the foldable last year was the shape of its external display. It is simply too narrow, which ends up hindering its use when the device is closed. So it’s great to see that Samsung is listening to the critics and will make the necessary adjustments to the new Z Fold 4.

Moreover, it looks like Samsung is reducing the bend mark of the internal screen as well. While I shouldn’t eliminate it entirely with the Z Fold 4, it will be much less noticeable.
