PTI leader Rauf Hassan and other accused were produced in the court of Judicial Magistrate Shabir Bhatti after physical remand.

PTI leader’s lawyer Senator Ali Zafar, Ali Bukhari and others appeared while Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) prosecutor Sheikh Amir appeared before the court.

The FIA ​​prosecutor requested for a further 5-day physical remand of Rauf Hasan, while the Magistrate of the special court under PICA Act, Shabbir Bhatti, rejected the request for further physical remand of Rauf Hasan and sent him to jail on judicial remand.

On the request of the PTI lawyer, the court allowed the medical check-up of Rauf Hasan.

On the previous hearing, duty judge Mureed Abbas handed over Rauf Hasan and others to FIA on 2-day physical remand.
