“I agree with Valérie Pécresse when she fights against violence against women. I agree with Valérie Pécresse when she defends the presumption of innocence and it is necessary to believe in it, explains Anne Nivat. On the other hand, I condemn the immediate political instrumentalization and the political com’ which happens immediately. We were treated to a communication exercise that I disapprove of.”
Anne Nivat made herself even more incisive: “These are elements of language, because Valérie Pécresse says that… but she comes to the show. And I’ll tell you why she came. Because they all come. They all come because they know the audiences (…) They need journalists like journalists need them.”
