Case against Pakistani diplomat’s cook in Delhi – Pakistan

A case has been registered once morest the cook of a Pakistani diplomat in the Indian capital for trying to rape a domestic servant. The employee is an Indian citizen. He had lodged a complaint at the Tilak Marg police station in Delhi on June 28.

54-year-old Minhaj Hussain is a Pakistani citizen. Minhaj Hussain arrived in New Delhi in February. After this incident, he has been sent back to his homeland. The police are currently going through the investigation phase.

The victim worked for a few months in the Pakistani diplomat’s house and was given a quarter to stay during that time.

Minhaj Hussain was working as a cook with Nizam-ul-Amour Saad Ahmed Waraij of Pakistan High Commission in New Delhi. Saad Ahmad Waraich resides in government-provided accommodation.

Later, Minhaj Ahmed returned and started working in the house of Saad Ahmed Waraich. On this she went to Tilak Marg police station and registered a case. The case has been registered under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

Minhaj came to India on an official passport and diplomatic staff visa. Sensing the sensitivity of the matter, he once more went to Pakistan on June 30.
