Casablanca Stock Exchange Weekly Summary: MASI and MASI.20 Rise, Top Performers and Biggest Drops

Here are the highlights of the Casablanca Stock Exchange weekly summary for the period from June 19 to 23:

The MASI rose 0.74% to 11,537.23 points (pts) and the MASI.20 advanced 0.89% to 939.23 pts. – The overall volume of trade amounted to more than 1.48 billion dirhams (MMDH), carried out mainly on the central market and dominated by transactions involving Bank of Africa (296.23 million dirhams (MDH)) , Itissalat Al-Maghrib (193.48 MDH) and BMCI (150.69 MDH).

Market capitalization stood at more than 595.5 billion dirhams. The best performances were achieved by Dari Couspate (+9.26% at 3,730 DH), Residences Dar Saada (+8.9% at 16.4 DH), Akdital (+8.13% at 320 DH), Disty Technologies (+7.77% to 208 DH) and Alliances (+6.43% to 80.3 DH).

The biggest drops of the week were recorded by IbMaroc.com (-10.68% at 25 DH), Maghreb Oxygene (-7.27% at 208.65 DH), Auto Hall (-6.84% at 72 ,2 DH), TotalEnergies Marketing Morocco (-6.11% to 1,230 DH) and Sothema (-5.97% to 1,166 DH).
