Open letter to the Mayor of Córdoba

I know Daniel Passerini is the right guy. He entered politics for a true mission. This encourages me to write to you as a concerned neighbor.

Cordoba suffered a lot marketing these years. On its own, it’s not bad. The negative is when it is used to sell what is actually a profound change in superficial behavior.

The same problems the city has had since my youth are still unresolved. This is very frustrating for the average neighbor.

countries and provinces. Revenue decline is worrying

Half the city remains without sewers; the other half, pushing the sustainability of the Sukia River to its limits. This alone is a huge project and it should inspire us as time passes and we continue.

The challenge of recycling 100% of waste forces us to take unfriendly measures, such as collectors not passing by every day. With these resources, we can ensure that the 70,000 tons of waste per month does not just stay under the land per capita. Environmentally speaking, the city is very backward (in this sense we should be ashamed of receiving the “round prize”)

Public transport remains unstable and we are not encouraged to address comprehensive and structural solutions. Those of us who can ride a car or a motorcycle continue to travel. But those who had no other options suffered.

These neighborhoods, especially those furthest from the city center, require all kinds of work, from asphalt, potholes, lights, repairs, traffic lights, cleaning of canals and places… As you walk through them, they Seen as stuck in time.

The center is dead: projects on how to revive it are on the table, but… they must be concrete. Since the outbreak of the epidemic, the city’s overall economic development has stagnated and declined significantly.

Today, commercial corridors in every location appear to be in danger. Tourism – especially international tourism – is in decline because the service offered is shaky (with occasional flashes).

The only “city government operates without obstruction” title is still up in the air. Neighbors waiting in line at the pharmacy at dawn to wait for their shift can attest to this.

On top of all these long-term problems are two of the most important ones: the huge insecurity in all communities – criminals are robbing us every day and therefore huge impunity – and Cordo A run-down neighborhood in the popular neighborhood of Córdoba, a city located in Córdoba.

With so many challenges, it’s your job to focus on managing solutions. and will not relapse marketing Twisted. What matters is “Government Technology”, organize conferences with exaggerated names or teach robotics in city schools? Maybe in another case. Now we need a mayor committed to a structural program.

We know he won’t run for re-election—don’t fall into the populist temptation of changing the organization’s charter to achieve that goal. If you don’t use those four years to prioritize only those actions that will improve you, you’ll be well received. marketing Personal, skip to next step. Don’t let us down.
