The number of new registrations has fallen sharply
Some 23,000 new vehicles were put into circulation in July, a decrease of 19% compared to the same period in 2021.

In July 2022, 23,434 new vehicles were put into circulation in Switzerland. According to the Federal Statistical Office (FSO), the number of new circulations in all categories fell by 19% compared to the same month last year.
