Carrying Sultan Al Neyadi, the spacecraft “Dragon” docked with the International Space Station, despite the delay

Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – The “Dragon” spacecraft carrying Emirati astronaut Sultan Al Neyadi successfully docked with the International Space Station, Friday.

The vehicle performed several maneuvers to dock with the International Space Station, but a defect forced it to delay the docking process.

The “Crew 6” flight took more than 24 hours since its launch Thursday from the Kennedy Space Center in the US state of Florida.

This mission to space will be the longest ever in the history of the Arab countries, as it will take 6 months.
