The moment of the collapse of the carousel in Orenburg, as well as the events following, were caught on video. Recall that the incident occurred in Orenpark (in the park named following the 50th anniversary of the USSR). 20 people were injured, of which a 27-year-old woman is in critical condition, a 10-year-old child is in serious condition. A criminal case has been initiated under Part 2 of Art. 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (provision of services that do not meet security requirements). All the details.
