Project once carried by Guillermo del Toro, the Carnival Row series, made up of eight episodes, will immerse the viewer in a city bringing together humans and mythical creatures, the scene of mysterious murders. Police inspector Rycroft Philostrate (Bloom) investigates that of a fairy dancer. Although he is not in charge of said investigation, he still makes it a personal matter and will try to find out what happened to this girl, which will cost him dearly.
Carnival Row will mark another foray into the fantasy genre for Orlando Bloom, who starred in the hugely popular Lord of the Rings and Pirates of the Caribbean sagas.
