To prevent a hangover, it’s important to stay hydrated during the party. “For each dose of alcoholic beverage consumed, the suggestion is to replace 250 ml of water, that is, a ratio of one to one”, points out Nemesis.
The next day, the most important recommendation is to combine rest with light food. The nutritionist suggests a detox menu so that the most excited can recover before Ash Wednesday:
Breakfast:
Juice: 2 slices of pineapple + 1 slice of lemon + 2 ice cubes of cabbage + 1 slice of ginger.
