Ferrari RACER Carlos Sainz is determined to win the four remaining Formula 1 race series this season after being fastest at the Mexican GP, at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez, Mexico City, Monday (28/10) morning WIB, with a time of 1 hour, 40 minutes, 55.800 seconds .

“Now, with four races remaining (before joining Williams), I want to enjoy as much as possible and if another victory comes, I will go for it,” Sainz was quoted as saying on the Formula 1 online page, Monday (28/10).

The Spanish racer admitted that he did not make special preparations to become champion in Mexico, by only carrying out a maneuver that threatened Red Bull driver Max Verstappen who was at the top of the standings.

“I was just a bit annoyed at the start of the race after losing positions to him,” said Sainz.

On the top podium, Sainz was joined by McLaren driver Lando Norris, who finished second, and teammate Charles Leclerc, who finished third.

Sainz is currently in fifth place in the standings with 240 points. Verstappen, who finished sixth in Mexico, is still at the top with 362 points. (Ant/Z-1)
