“The only one who can sustain and guarantee dialogue with the parties is President Nicolás Maduro, that is why I give my support to President Maduro before his re-election to the presidency of the Republic”held.
In the opinion of Carlos Prosperi, Maduro “He has proposed convening the national dialogue immediately elected, I support that proposal and count on this servant and my humble contribution to restore peace to the country, through dialogue with all the people of Venezuela”.
