The animator would have closed a contract with Channel 13 in 2017 for the program “Irreversible” with a total value of the season for $857,947,140 + VAT, being accused by Gálvez because Carlos Pinto did not comply with the obligation to pay an agreed commission previously that equals $171,589,428.

The demand

The program was sold to Amazon’s Prime Video streaming platform, where the journalist would have received benefits following the sale of broadcast rights. Money from which the sum previously agreed with the producer was not deducted.

The plaintiff requests that Carlos Pinto compensate him for the damages caused following breaching the contract, disbursing a sum of $25,000,000 for moral damages.

The media affirms that the driver of Mea Culpa did not respond to Sergio Gálvez’s demand, therefore he would have been recently summoned in “rebellion” to a conciliation hearing which will take place on August 1 at 9:00 hours.
