“Carlos Leon Rice, 21-Year-Old Hispanic Killed in Winston-Salem Shooting: Latest Update and Investigation Details”

RALEIGH, North Carolina.- A young Hispanic identified as Carlos Leon Rice, 21 years old, died during the shooting that occurred on Anson Street, reported the Winston-Salem Police Department.

The shooting occurred on Saturday followingnoon, at approximately 4:15 a.m., in the 600 block of Anson Streetand Winston-Salem.

The Hispanic was pronounced dead at the scene.

Officers responded to the scene responding to an emergency call. When they arrived at the aforementioned address, they found a young man with a gunshot wound.
