On October 23, 2023 between 6:50 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., two individuals committed a carjacking at the “Crack” store on boulevard d’Herseaux in Dottignies – entity of Mouscron, the federal police said in a press release.
After blocking the path of a gray Renault Clio registered 1-VAY-266, one of the perpetrators got out of the vehicle, threatened the victim with a gun, punched him in the face and sprayed him with a spray. The perpetrators fled via the N512, towards France.
The authors were traveling in a gray Renault Megane equipped with a panoramic roof.
Investigators are asking witnesses who were near the incident to contact the police.
