Caribes announced Leonardo Reginatto as the first import for the next campaign

Caribes de Anzoátegui announced this Tuesday the Brazilian Leonardo Reginatto as its first import for the 2024/2025 season of the Venezuelan Professional Baseball League (LVBP).

The La Tribu team will be the fourth that the talented infielder has worn in Venezuela, as he previously played with Bravos de Margarita, Navegantes del Magallanes and Tiburones de La Guaira (with the latter two he won titles).

In fact, last season was the best that the Amazonian player has had in the LVBP. On a personal level, he recorded eight home runs, 46 RBIs and hit .344 in 52 games. In addition, he was important in the coronation of the team from the coast both in the national paid circuit and in the Caribbean Series.

Lifetime numbers

In his lifetime in Venezuela, Reginatto has participated in 211 games. His average is .327, he has 45 doubles, five triples, 15 homers, 137 RBIs and 124 runs scored.

The Brazilian currently plays for Rieleros de Aguascalientes in the Mexican Baseball League (LMB). There he shares a team with an important player from Caribes, Willians Astudillo.

In the summer ball in Mexico he has an average of .291 in 80 games, 11 home runs, 48 ​​RBIs, 46 runs scored and he is playing in the postseason series against Sultanes de Monterrey.
