Yes, as an exception to the applications of civil servants (Art. L332-8 provision 2 of the general civil service code)

A contract worker may be recruited for this position if no application from a civil servant is suitable, and because the needs of the services and the nature of the functions justify it. The proposed contract cannot exceed three years, renewable for a maximum duration of six years.

It is possible to recruit for this position a person who has not passed a civil service competition, because one of the grades indicated is a category C entry grade which allows direct recruitment without a competition.

You will report to the early childhood management. You will be in charge of the maintenance and security of the buildings of establishments welcoming young children (ECJE) and childcare centers (RPE) in the city of Villeurbanne. You will also ensure the transport of materials, products and deliveries of orders, as well as the coordination of transfers of furniture and games.

• Check and monitor the proper functioning of the installations
• Apply maintenance and safety instructions.
• Carry out maintenance work or first-level handling interventions in compliance with safety instructions: repair of electrical, plumbing, sanitary, thermal, locksmithing, glazing, furniture, painting, masonry, outdoor spaces, harmful installations .
• Check interventions carried out by external companies or workshops
• Report on your activity and transmit information and requests to your hierarchy
• Transport small materials, furniture, deliveries and products (inventory management)
• Prioritize needs and emergencies and communicate the information necessary to handle incidents
• Identify and transmit intervention requests by site
• Participate in the organization of events
